Every AIFC trainer is a practising CFO or fractional CFO. They build models, forecasts, consolidations and board packs with Claude every week, and that work goes to clients and boards under their own name. Nobody teaches a workflow here they do not run themselves.

Three routes. The CFO Briefing is a half day for up to 5 senior finance people, £1,499 + VAT. The CFO Build Day is a full day for up to 8 people, where the team builds two working Claude agents, £4,299 + VAT. Claude Enablement is a multi-month engagement on your own work, scoped after a 90-minute discovery call at no charge.

We are adding trainers in more locations, so if your team is elsewhere, ask us. We have trained finance teams across the UK, Europe, the UAE and the wider GCC. Travel and out-of-pocket expenses outside London are charged separately.

Not for the CFO Briefing. For the CFO Build Day every participant needs a paid Claude subscription, and we provide set-up material ahead of the day at no extra charge.
We teach on data built to mirror your business before anyone touches the real thing. In an enablement engagement we set up a Claude workspace your business owns, with governance you approve. The deciding, checking and signing stay with your team.
It is built for finance work only, taught on work that looks like yours, by someone who signs finance output produced with Claude. The method is about management as much as prompting: decide what moves, brief it properly, review it like a junior, capture every correction.
